Blackberry 9900 Notification Problem

excuse me , i have a blackberry 9900 with OS 7.1 

and i have a notification problem , that occur when there is a bbm / fb / anything else ,

when i click that notification from notifcation bar , it act normally and open the message / fb / bbm / anything ,

and when i have already done and press the back button to go to homescreen , the notification is still there . still in the tray but the icon in notification bar already disappear , until i close the tray and open it again to it disappear . how to fix this bug ? usually i restart my phone and it works . but another 10 minutes , the problem come again .

this bug is reallly annoying me . please give me a solution . Thanks Smiley Happy

 

i attach picture to make it clear .

- and i click the notification  **Picture2**

- after done with bbm-ing , i press back to go to homescreen but it was still there !? (but the icon already gone)  **Picture3**

- so i close the notification again once more **Picture4**

FYI -- Your indignation is poorly placed. This site has nothing whatsoever to do with any formal support. Rather, this site is a user to user community of volunteers who do their best, while also living their own busy lives, to help out other kind souls to the best of their abilities. There is no requirement for any volunteer to reply to any post whatsoever...all is voluntary, given to you out of the kindness of their hearts. All they ever receive in return is gratitude...so indignation at those volunteers can be a bit off putting, I would think.

 

In any event, you say you reboot and things are OK for a while, but then the problem shows again. That could indicate a few different things...a bad OS...a badly behaving app...perhaps even hardware (though I doubt that given your description so far).

 

Have you checked for an updated OS for your BB? Since you only said 7.1 (OS levels have 4 octets, not 2) and further did not reveal your carrier, there is no way to help you...but you can help yourself in this regard:

thanks for your response , i just only need a response 

my OS was 7.1.0.569 , and i have tried all of OS since 7.1.0.267

i just install twitter , facebook , Ym , Msn and BBM , nothing more .
