Did anyone find a solution to this BS. Mine has been stuck on 6% for 24hours and when I took it to T MOBILE the luddite there was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. Told me that I have no signal, but god knows why that would be and since my phone is frozen, there is nothing I can do to resolve that. THIS PHONE IS AWFUL! I tried to avoid an I PHONE, but BLACKBERRY, you have pissed off a lot of people on this one and ruined your reputation.

Did you pull the battery? 20 hours is way too long to wait for something to happen.

After 10 hrs it moved to 16%, I had pulled the battery a few times before then but couldn't get out of the upgrade so left it and went to bed! Finsihed at 3 in the morning cos thats when my emails started coming thru again

Just to let you know what I just realized... After hundreds of times pulling the batt out I pressed the "back" button and it says "the device is scheduled to TURN ON on apr 17, 8:15am"... so no matter what you do, there's nothing to do but WAIT until the date they decided to turn it on again. So I will go to bed and tomorrow morning hope to have my bb back. :-/

UPGRADE: I went this morning to Tmobile store and they ordered a new bb 9900 for me, it will take 2 days to arrive. I just have to pay $5 shipping but I'm losing a lot of lovely pictures of my baby and my nephew :"(

Try Alt +Caps+Del if that doesn't cause a reboot try pulling the battery. If you get it restarted maybe make sure you have a wireless connection and that the phone is plugged in to a power source before attempting an update.
