Hi. I saw your comment, did you get your phone sorted in the end, I've got the same problem right now, and I can't do anything. So was just wondering what you did to get it fixed/sorted? Be much appreciated.
I did - it just started doing it and it was really quick after that. Took about 18 hours, I have backed uo my data onto desktop and I'm doing via PC next time apparently a lot quicker. Good luck :-)
This is ridiculous, I only came across this update today. And same problem. its been so many months since this problem originated and they still haven't fixed the fukn thing. I will never but another piece of **bleep** blackberry again! I am utterly disgusted!!
Yes, it is rather annoying. I would still recommend buying the phone but I wouldn't take it out of the store until it was updated or the sales outlet gave explicit instruction what to watch out for. Great phone, just very sloppy updating procedures. Oh, maybe change very to extremely.
