Blackberry Bold 9000 not accepting Thai Chip

Hi I am in Thailand and have purchased numerous ThaI chips for my phone but none of then work and all ask for an unlock code, anyone got any ideas on this?  I'm on T-mobile any help would be appreciated

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Depending on the exact unlock code it's asking for (e.g., MEP versus SIM versus Device versus etc.), your resolution will be different. If it's the SIM unlock code, then you obtain that from the provider of the SIM. If it's an MEP unlock, then refer to this:

A BlackBerry that has not been, as per that article, unlocked from it's original carrier cannot be used on any other carrier.
