Hello again...sorry for the late reply.

Well, that would depend on the results of that process...if it worked, then you are good to go. If it didn't work, you move on to the second process (trying different batteries). So, with the limited results you've given us (no results, actually...) from the process, it's pretty much impossible to tell you what to do next. Can you provide more details? With that, we may be able to guide you better.

Good luck and let us know!

Re: Blackberry Bold 9000 won't turn on

If all you did was try another battery in your BB, then you did not properly complete that second process. That other battery you try in your BB must be "known good" -- as in, you must know that it works in a different but identical BB AND that it's fully charged when you try it in your BB.

Further, the second part of that process says to try your battery in an identical BB...you say nothing about that, so I can only assume you skipped over that?

The results of these tests will tell us much, but if the details are not provided and/or the tests are not properly conducted, then the results tell us very little.

As it stands with what you have said, I can guess that your BB itself has a problem, and needs competent in-hand evaluation...but that is a much less certain guess than it would be with the results of the full tests available.

Good luck!
