I am having the same problem only my service is now with T-Mobile US will the same process work for my BB or is there a different method I should use?

If your BB was supplied to you by other than TM, then the above might apply. If, on the other hand, your BB was supplied by TM to you, then I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should contact TM for formal support.
