My Blackberry have a problem with media player, so i switched off my phone by pull out the battery but after that it wont turn on...

Its wont start perfectly and keeps rebooting. 

Does anybody have a similar problem or know a solution? Thanx!

I can definitely help you out with the reboot loop you're experiencing.

To resolve the issue, follow the steps in this KB article to perform a clean reload of the device software via force detection:www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144

Note: Since the BlackBerry® is rebooting constantly you will not be able to create a backup.

Did you drop it or damage it? I once had my bold drop and it wouldn't start unless I pressed its body. Found out later that the inside body was bent and the power from the battery wouldn't connect with the body.

Otherwise I suggest you follow the above reply

Oh and if you have BB Protect on your bold before or you have recently do a back up, you should be able to get your data back, but if not, well, let it go.

Hi,

I tried what you have mentioned in the thread but everytime I connect my blackberry it checks for updates and says no update and gives the same dialog box again as to retry, update and close. Please help.
