Blackberry Bold 9780 Email setup

every since the update my Blackberry will not allow me to set up my email, then i click on it, the phone will freeze/lock up, and ill have to reset my phone to have it working again.

 

is there anythink i can do about this?

Yes, there's something you can do about this.  From your phone's browser, go to http://mobile.blackberry.com and scroll down to Communications then Email.  You can fool around with your emails there.

i have BB9700, but when click on Email option at http://mobile.blackberry.com its not open link,

Fantastic! Your information has solved my problem! I think Blackberry should highlight that when you install the new device software the server for the email recognize it has a new device and you need to validate all your Email accounts! Thank you again for your help
