A couple of days ago my trackpad started having a mind of its own. It seemed to lose it's sensitivity and as the hours went past it slowly stopped working all together. Now, not only can I not navigate around my phone but the 'button' doesn't work either.
This is driving me mad as it seemed to stop working for no reason whatsoever. I can't work out whether it would be a software or hardware issue.
The phone is about 5 months old and in near perfect condition.
Anyone experienced this problem before and if so were you able to rectify the fault without getting the phone replaced?

Perform a hard reset by removing the battery from the BlackBerry smartphone and reinserting it.
If the issue persists, perform a reload or upgrade the BlackBerry Device Software. For more information on this procedure see the following article:
