Hi at all,
I am new here and from Germany.
My Blackberry Bold 9780 does not accept login data from e-mail provider. Blackberry's provider is vodafone, but I also use the German e-mail account/provider t-online with my smartphone. And I am not able to change adjustmenst like port etc. due to the fact that the login-data of t-online do not work, though they work on other devices as Samsung tablet or Samsung smartphone. Do you have any idea? I tried it several times. Neither vodafone nor t-online is able to find the reason.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!
If the email service provider does not properly respond to the BIS email configuration wizard, it will fail and you must enter settings manually. Firstly, though, see this to obtain the proper settings:
Next, try again with the on-device configuration wizard, but use the correct email address but an intentionally incorrect password...the screen should repaint and an extra check box should appear to allow you to set the items manually.
Failing that, try this from your BB Browser:
Failing that, contact your mobile service provider to see if they have a web-based BIS configuration utility...many do, and you can often succeed at configuring (via PC/browser) when the on-device methods fail.
Failing that, I'd suggest you re-contact vodafone and insist that they help...they can, from their system, configure your email for you. Also, if BB is needed to assist, that can only be obtained via formal escalation from vodafone.
