Blackberry Bold 9780 handset Freezez everytime i get a call.

Dear All, I had bought a blackberry bold 9780 last year on October 4th 2011. Since December i have been facing issue with the handset freezing as soon as i get a call. I have done a software update and cleared the cache memory but it still isnt helping. I have to remove the battery and restart the phone. Please let me know whats the solution to this problem. regards, Virendra

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

I'm facing the same problem. Even though I have had the handset swapped. What is wrong with it?

The current version on my phone is 6.0 bundle2115.
