Hello, I just bought a pre-owned blackberry bold 9780 today. This is my second blackberry I had. The blackberry bold 9780 was originally from Rogers. But it has been unlocked. I put my fido sim card in. And it worked. Everything I had great signal, 3G. But then, after about 10-15 minutes. I didn't get any signal. It went to searching for network. Then eventually to SOS. So I tired doing master reset, Updating the OS, and taking the battery and putting it back. I even tried putting in a Rogers sim card. Then I went to mobile network options and I changed the setting to manual network detection. And I scanned for available networks. I seen the option fido. So I clicked and it said changing networks. But it said unable to. So can anyone tell me what happened and how to fix it? Please give any support you can. But I did notice one thing. On my old blackberry when I master reset it I usually get a message saying phone has been activated but when I did it to this one I didn't get a message. So maybe I need to activate it? Please help me fix my problem!
Thank you
