Blackberry Bold 9790 - Add new input language (when language and input suport doesn't apear in BB desktop software)

Hi,

I recently bought an unlocked BB Bold 9790 in USA.

I'm Portuguese and I pretend to use it in Africa (in a country without BB service).

Being so, I really need to change the input language to Portuguese.

I installed the BB Desktop Software (710_b033_multilanguage) and I have BB device software version 7.0 2356
(unfortunatly I'm not allowed to upgrade to 7.1).

I went to applications in BB Desk.Soft but it doesn't appear the "Language and Input Support" application.

Can you please help me how to address to this issue ?

Here is a picture of BB Desktop Software without the option to add languages.

Any Idea how to solve the problem ?

How I managed to resolve the problem (it shouldn't be the solution....)

Business trip to another country with BB service, got a borrowed sim card with a BB plan, upgraded Bold 9790 device software to 7.1 and managed to install Portuguese as input language and other apps.
