Blackberry Bold 9790 and its spooky tendencies.

Okay Research in Motion... This is my problem, I don't want to talk to a computer...

My Bold 9790 will automatically

-Freeze

-Turn on to full working status from lock screen

-Shut off

-Not Connect  to my Mac or PC

-The touch screen will quit working

 

So if I can't connect to a computer, what am I supposed to do, I want to reset it, but this phone is brand new and I expected more from this... I payed a handful of coin for this and its been good until about a week ago and now I am having trouble. LIKE WHATS THE DEAL?

Hi,

If this is new phone and causing above mentioned trouble then you should go back to the shop and claim for warranty, meaning replace your device.
