hello , i need help asap !!

 

so i have a blackberry bold 9790, it was working perfectly fine til it says "JVM Error " one day... i have updated the new software updates on it and then tried it, it works.... but when i tried to update blackberry messenger using blackberry app world, it just reboots and then say "JVM Error' i thinks its something wrong with blackberry messenger 7 or my app world.. please i need help because i need blackberry messenger 7 so that i can have back my contacts.....

Hey Chrissy, Try to delete your BlackBerry App World and update to new BlackBerry World, download from your BlackBerry here: http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld or try to download BBM 7 from your BlackBerry here: www.blackberry.com/bbm

didnt work..

 

now the blackberry messenger wont open, and its says Error uncaught excception...
