Blackberry Bold 9900: Unable to View Multiple Attachments

Dear All,

 

Me and another colleague within our office has experienced this problem with our Blackberry Bold 9900. We both have the same unit and service provider. What happened is that I received an email with multiple attachments. The attachments can be seen from MS Outlook 2010 but on my blackberry, the email opens up without any attachments being shown. I had to press the Blackberry button to show more options and select "Get Plain Text" and it will re-render the email and now show the attachments that came with the email. If I had not seen the email on Outlook prior to viewing it on my Blackberry, I would have thought that the email came with no attachment at all.

 

On the otherhand, my colleague experienced the same problem with viewing an email with multiple attachments and he had to select "Get HTML" instead.

 

Any thoughts as to why multiple attachments don't show up and we have to select "Get HTML" or "Get Plain Text" to make it appear? How do you resolve this?

Yes our blackberries are both activated using BES/Blackberry Enterprise Server.

This issue may be an issue with the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, please contact your BlackBerry® Enterprise Server administrator and provide them with the following article:
