Blackberry Bold 9900 asking for Enterprise password .

My phone has always been working without no problem . Recently it had a problem and i took it to the repairer . The repairer formatted the phone . Everything is working now perectly but i cannot add my email address because the phone keep asking for Enterprise ID and psswrd . This is weird because i have security wipe my phone before but never encounter such a problem . Please help me .

When does the device ask for this password, when trying to configure email accounts?

Yes . the device ask for this ID and Passwrd only when i want to add an email account .

Are you positive this is an Enterprise password...

I am 100% positive . Its asking for Enterprise ID and pswrd .This has never happened before . I always security wipe my phone and use it normally but not its different .

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

Now, I have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on my account with my carrier provider and after register my mobile there is no problem.
My BB is on. I think you can sort this topic solved.
