Blackberry Bold 9900 bad OS 7 Bundle Update

Hi. Tried an update of the OS yesterday, and there must have been a glitch someplace. Now experiencing a flash of the ULA then goes directly to the white screen of death about an App Error 200.

 

Cannot do a restore through the DT software, as while the phone is on white screen it is not recognizes. Tried a 3rd party piece of software to wipe, but it does not work under a 64bit Win7 operating system.

 

Is there another way to reset the phone to factory specs?

I will give it a try.

 

Hopefully the DT Software recognizes the BB9900 after this...

Blackberry desktop: "A fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software. Please try again." Bold 9900 seems to be working...trying to sign in..."Please wait"....a long time.....

Even with BB Desltop reporting a "Fatal Error" I double checked the phone, and all seems to be OK. Just doing a reboot after a Blackberry ID update

i have a problem on my host routing table wifi 60 is on top . can someone help me fix this because i cannot use my network to get my email and bis service.

Can you help me as well. I have a problem with my bb9900 . I can't. Use my BIS because on the host routing table wifi60 is on top and it is not suppose to be on top. What can I do ? Guys please help
