I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 & I'm having trouble downloading files from the internet. My BIS is activated. If I download a file it downloads very slowly & always get an error message. Everytime I download. Is there a problem with my phone or is the problem with my carrier.
Open your Browser > Options > scroll to bottom to clear the history and cache.
Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.
Now after reboot, attempt a download again.
