Blackberry Bold 9900 wont open attachments of any kind

Hi

 

We have 19 of the above on Vodafone network. for one user it just wont open attachments, we have swapped ou device twice and still the same. Must be within user settings but where?? Help please

Is there any error message when the attempt is made? The exact and complete content of that could help diagnose this situation.

Otherwise, you might try a full OS reload of the device.
