Your support ticket involves dealing with RIM directly.  Here in these forums, we are volunteers who like helping out.  RIM staff often stop by here but they don't always comment.

 

My advice is to continue with the support ticket with RIM or post your issue(s) here so we can try to help you.

Well I have been experiencing issues with my Blackberry Bold 9900. My keypad and number keys aren't working properly. Also the Blackberry Bold is still under the 12 months Manufacturers Warranty so Blackberry should be offering some repair or exchange options?
