Blackberry Bold and BMW connection

I just got a BMW. It is paired with my Blackberry Bold. However, I invariably (like every 20 minutes) completely lose contact between the phone and the BMW. I took the car in and they uploaded the latest BMW hardware. They said if I still have the problem, I should contact Blacberry.

I still have the problem.

Is there a way to solve it???
