I was wondering does anyone know if the Blackberry Bold will be a quad phone or separate versions GSM and CDMA?

A quad phone is strictly GSM, no CDMA. The Bold will not contain both radios.

Well that sucks.  I guess I'll just keep my 8830 World Edition so I can use it in my area and overseas. (Where I live the main provider is Cellular South which is CDMA.  AT&T and Sprint only work in urban areas or on major highways.  Cellular South is nearly statewide {Mississippi})

Now that I look at your answer again, what I mean will the Bold have a feature like my 8830 World Edition, CDMA and a SIM Card slot?

It possible, but I wouldnt expect it. At least not initially.
