My Carrier: Rogers

Blackberry Desktop Manager will not CONNECT with my phone. I need to back it up asap. PLEASE HELP! TY!

I first attempted to connect to the desktop manager and the phone was found. I attmpted a backup but it got stuck and froze at the end of it for about 20 minutes. I then attempted to retry and my phone since then could not connect.


Can you please help me as I urgently need to back it up.
