Blackberry Desktop

HI I have dowloaded - countless tmes the Blackberry Desktop to sycronize my Blackberry Bold 9900.  It downloads great but then it comes to the configueration and I click on the Configeration settings and the appliation does not start.  Please advise what I can do to ensure that this process does happen as I am at my witts end !!  thankyou

Try to remove your memory card from your device.

Sorry tried that one many times !  Nearly as many times as I have taken the blackberry off the computer and reloaded it
