Blackberry ID + BBM + App World

Hey guys,

 

I have problem with my blackberry ID.

 

When I open my BBM, they ask me to login,

 

When login, it shows message  like "The server is not responding. Please try again later."

 

So, I can't open my BBM.

 

Next, when I open my Blackberry World, it shows message "Blackberry World is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry World server. Verify your network connections and try again."

 

Why this happen to me? I already unsubscribe and re-subscribe the BIS from my provider. What can I do as to throw the problem of the Blackberry ID?

Hi hamdihamdi,

 

Check the below knowledge base article -

 

  • KB28212 "Unable to login to your BlackBerry ID account" or "Unable to update your BlackBerry ID account information" error occurs on a BlackBerry Smartphone running BlackBerry 7

Also confirm that you can access/log in to BlackBerry ID from the computer.
