for some reason my blackberry will not allow me to log in to my account on my blackberry. the blackberry id username and blackberry id password are correct as i can log in on the website. but for some strange reason on my phone it simply keeps saying 'Unable to log in to your Blackberry ID Account'
i have recently changed phones from a bold 9700 to a bold 9900. everything worked fine up until today.
i have even tried creating a new blackberry id with my other email account, but it wont let me use that as it says use the email associated with this smartphone??
Can someone please help.

I have exactly tha same problem with my new bold 9900. I'm looking for a solution too. If someone can help us...
