Hi,
I recently changed the password to one of my email accounts after the account was hacked. This resulted in me no longer receiving emails to my blackberry because, as you would imagine, it didn't have the correct password stored.
The issue I am having is that my Blackberry ID is continually rejecting my password despite it definitely being correct and so I am unable to change the blackberry's registered password for my email account.
I have tried everything I can possibly think of to fix this including full reboots (taking the sim and battery out) etc but still can't seem to fix this.
Is there a way for me to update this information online somewhere to save me the hassle of fixing the blackberry? Alternatively how can I fix the blackberry?
