Phone is stuck on the blackberry id sign in page won't accept my password even though i've been on the internet to change therefore confirming it was the correct password.... Can't use my phone for anything

Are you receiving an error message when you try to login to your BlackBerry® ID from your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9900 smartphone? If so, could you please provide the full error message?
If you are not receiving any error when the screen does not move past the login page, this KB article should help. "Screen loops when BlackBerry ID or PayPal authentication is verified in BlackBerry App World storefront on the BlackBerry smartphone" http://bbry.lv/KvGOUX
