Blackberry ID

I would like to reset my Blackberry ID (using new email adress) because my previous email has been deleted.

I've managed to reset the ID , but the problem is when i try to log in using my new email adress and password, it doesn't work at all.when i go to blackberry application world, it still showing my old email adress (the email that has been deleted).Then when i  changed and login with new email adress and new password, the error message " An error has occured. Please try again later.

 

someone pls help because now i cant login to facebook at all, i need to upgrade my FB :-(

you need to plug in your device to the PC and launch blackberry desktop manager
back up your device
now completely wipe your device
re install your backed up profile and go to the set up icon
go to blackberry id and put your new id in or set up a brand new id
