Blackberry Id is not recongnized anymore

Hi, i'm using my Blackberry Bold 9900 for 2 years. My phone was on, he suddenly displayed a message telling that the SIM card was new and asked me for the blackberry ID and password. The problem is that I have never changed my SIM card since 2 years and when I entered my Blackberry ID and password (and i'm shure I got it right) the phone displayed that is not the right Blackberry ID. Please help me. I can't do anything with my phone.

Are you able to login to your BlackBerry ID by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid from a computer?  Also what is the exact error you're receiving when you place in the BlackBerry ID and password?

Hey ViciousFerret

I had no problem to log on  www.blackberry.com/blackberryid but this still doesn't work on my Balcberry. 

 

Here is a screenshoot of what I received when I enter ID and Password : http://www.serveurlnb.fr/step3.JPG

It also display the same message when I clic on "Forgot your password"

Thanks for the reply.

 

Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Mobile Network?  Also I would suggest trying to create a new BlackBerry ID at www.blackberry.com/blackberryid and then attempt to login.

 

If you receive the same error message as provided, then I suggest creating a backup of your data by following this KB article  www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB33505 and then continue with the steps in this KB article: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB11320

 

Once the reload is completed, test out the original BlackBerry ID and let me know if you're able to login.
