Blackberry Protect Issue

I have recently updated blackberry protect to the latest version. But ever since I've done that the status continues to read "Verifying Blackberry ID" and I can't do backups and restores. What should I do?

Please use plain text.

Hello iamchrisdk,

What is your signal indicator? It is in capital letters?

You can perform hard reset by pulling your BlackBerry while your BlackBerry is ON and reinsert again in a few seconds. If still persists, perform resending your Service Book. Read this article.

How to clear and refresh the service book database if the BlackBerry smartphone is unable to send or...

You can also try to reinstall BlackBerry Protect.

Thanks.

Good luck!
