Sorry to hear you are having issues with your BlackBerry® Bold™ 9000 smartphone.
The flashing red LED indicates you will need to reinstall your device software. Since the device is in a non-functioning state it may not be possible to back up your data.
Using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software you will need to reinstall the device software as shown in KB11320 "How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows".
If you encounter any issues during the software reload process, let me know or you can contact your mobile network provider for further investigation.
