Hey guya,

 

I have simulair issue just most of the key are werking except 1/w, 4/s, g, h, l, sum and the track boll does not work when you try to select something with it Scroling sideways and up/down works on the track boll.

 

Any suggestions?

Do as suggested previously in this thread to remove any moisture in the device.

It did not help.

 

I tried something else.

Took the keyboard out and pressed the connectors under it. Strated the phone and it is all working now.

How exactly do you take the keyboard out? None of the buttons are working on mine but the touchscreen is fine.

I desperately need some help you see everytime I press L on my keyboard it comes up with lh and this happens with lots of keys so I can't type my password and get onto my phone I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back in again but it doesn't seem to be working. I can't type my password and get onto my phone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!

basically guys i need someones help urgently 

i bought a blackberry 9900 screen replacement as my genuine one broke then i had dropped that one too and it stopped the touchscreen working then i had snapped the key pad ribbon accidently whilst taking the keypad out so i ordered a new one then i got a new screen fitted and i put it all together and the trackpad isnt moving and set keys arnt working please help me or someone???

One day the whole keypad just stopped working I tried everything! Battery pulls, reboot's the lot, nothing would work so I got the keypad replaced, this did not helped, I took it back to vodafone and they immediatly sent it off, two days later i get a text to say that it had returned... They gave me a brand new blackberry bold 9900 with a letter saying that it would not be possible to get it fixed within a reasonable time scale... My opinion, take it back to your provider, explain that the problem and explain that other people have had the same problem and see if they will send it off!
