Blackberry bold 9900 wont boot.

Dear,

My blackberry bold just wont boot, it hangs on 70% of the loading screen. i've tried it all:

Flop battery out, wait, put battery in -  nothing

Boot it up without SIM card  -  nothing

Boot it up in safe modus  -  nothing

Keep it on the loading screen for a night   -  nothing

Keep battery out for a night  -  nothing

Hook it up to computer  -  nothing (Computer sees blackberry, when it hits 70% loading connection lost.

due the fact it wont connect to the computer i cant preform a nuke or a format..

anny other ideas?

thanks upfront!

Re: Blackberry bold 9900 wont boot.

Hi Jaafke

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

As it struck on a reboot loop you may had to use Application loader to load the device OS , but remember it will delete all the data within your device ,I hope you have a Backup of your device ! So try this Knowledge Base and see if that helps to recover your device :

KB10144 : How to Force the detection of the BlackBerry smartphone using Application Loader.

Please try it and let us know .

Re: Blackberry bold 9900 wont boot.

Dear prince,

it seemed to work, untill the installation was finished, 'connecting to device' for 1 hour now, the light flashes 4 times all the time.

i kept the installation open for it to load, but it doesnt seem to do much beside flash 4 times...

thanks

Re: Blackberry bold 9900 wont boot.

Phone is charged,

it diddent fail, it did before, noww the installation went smooth,

after the install you get that loading bar under your screen at the application.

it seems that its moving, i would say its at 90% or so.. silently creeping towards the end.

and i dont see a button to cancel it, rather not remove the phone from the USB now. as it states in the program..
