Ok, I had a problem with my original phone when the camera quit and I got a replacement under warranty. Everything on the replacement phone works except for my phone doesn't recognise the media card, only that it's missing whether there is one in there or not. I've tried pulling the battery and forcing a reboot more than once. I bought a new Micro Card and installed that but nothing. Now for the specs:

Blackberry bold 9900

Carrier; T-Mobile

GSM service

OS 7.1

Media card settings under options are no help. I ran a search for updates for my phone and my product is as up to date as I can get tright now.

Is the media card bigger than 32GB.?

If its not bigger than32GB,

Try running the >Blackberry Device Analyzer > SD Card Test .

Ok, I tried the device analyser on the SD card and it said FAILED! Scrolled to the word next clicked on it. The message "your memory card cannot be detected"! This memory card works inmy blackberry 9700 and I can place the card in an SD card Adapter and use it with my computer. Now what?
