Hi and welcome to the forums!
I suggest running the diagnostic that will generate a log that you can discuss with your carrier. The link below describes the procedure.
Thanks,

Hi there,
I got the same problem as him but my vodafone is prepaid. I have tried to do all the step for diagnostic test and after that, nothing change. I still can't used the wi-fi to check any email. I tried to connect to my modem via wi-fi. It said the connection is succesful but I can't open any website beside vodafone home page. ( It did work when i was in Indonesia,HK and china. using the indonesia sim card but not working anymore after insert vodafone sim card when back to Sydney)
Please advice me.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I am having a similar problem I'm afraid, but it is intermittent. My blackberry internet service drops in and out of use. It seems to work more reliably on the wifi at home rather than out and about.
I have checked the data roaming as suggested, and done the diagnostics.
Any thoughts? It is a blackberry curve 8520 on orange pay as you go. I recently upgraded the blackberry messenger service and these problems seem to have started at about the same time.
Hope that you can help,
K

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I ran the diagnostics test and it says that I'm registered to the Blackberry network but that I am not connected to Blackberry and beneath that where it says PIN-PIN it says 'abort'. How can I fix this? What does it even mean???? Please help!
