Hello antonio03

Welcome to BlackBerry Support Forums

First Go through this Knowledge Base :

KB31273 : Unable to view the location of the device from the BlackBerry Protect website

Secondly , Currently  if you're over an wifi network then turn off your wifi and do it over your Mobile Network .

Hi there ,

Are you doing it over your Mobile network ?

If it is then I think currently you're in an area where you have a low data coverage.
