Blackberry registered but can't use bbm nor email

I'm currently in Italy I did my Blackberry plan with Tim from Wednesday. The Blackberry signal is up but I can't use my bbm messenger nor receive emails on my phone. I did a diagnostic test  and The results states that Blackberry registration: yes Connected to Blackberry:no Blackberry Pin-Pin: abort. Can someone help me please as I don't speak Italian so I can't call for any assistance.

While not always necessary, I recommend registering your phone each time you enter a new country and/or put a different SIM card in your phone.  If you haven't registered it since arriving in Italy (I'm not sure where this "Tim" carrier is, in your previous country or in Italy) then do so (despite it showing as being registered already) and try again.
