Hi RIM,

Are there any repair centre in Hong Kong?
If so, can you give me the contact details? e.g. Address / Tel / opening
hours?

I have bought a Bold 9900 in T-Mobile (US) before, but I am now back to Hong Kong.
And my Bold 9900's camera now is not working. It keep saying "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the cameraagain"...

Have tried to re-install the OS and delete all the applications but still same error pops out, believe that it is a hardware problem.

This is an user to user based support community forums. RIM employees does visit but they participate here rarely.

Regarding your problem, I'm not sure whether there is any RIM authorized service center in Hong Kong. But I google myself and found the following. I guess this might be helpful to you -

I will try to contact my service provider, see whether they can help.

As I haven't bought the 9900 from them, not sure they willing to help or not.

You are right you may not get repair service from 3HK. However, give a try and also check other repair center.
