Blackberry wont let me install third party apps

I was connected to wifi and i opened bb app world

i decided to download any free app to see if it works

when i clicked download i got the following error message:
"your system administrator has prevented installation of third party applications on this device . contact your system administrator for details"

it also wont let me install apps from the computer

Hello and welcome! 

 

Is your BB a company phone? 

 

If so, your company may have put a block on downloading and installing apps to the phone. If that is the case, you may want to talk to your IT department, as they are the ones who take care of that.

okay i tried alt + shift + delete but didnt work

i went to options > applications > third party > edit default permissions

made all the options to accept

restarted my device

still didnt work same error message

and when i try to download something it says

"the IT policy does not allow downloading third-party applications"
