My blackberry is stuck on a screen that says i have to input my blackberry id name and password. i have done this yet it says my information is incorrect, however when i logged in on my desktop computer to blackberry id my password was correct so i cannot understand why i cannot log in on my phone and now my phone is locked on that screen. how do i fix this without loosing everything on my blackberry?
its essential that i get this problem solved but i cant understand why it keeps saying that my password is wrongwhen it clealy isnt as i have logged in on my desktop
