Bluetooth not turning on.

Bold 9700

T-mobile

 

Not able to turn on bluetooth.  Box on right is light grey.  When I try to turn it on, the phone freezes, and then it doesn't turn it on.

Forgot to mention, I tried and reload current OS which is 6.6.0.... this did not resolve the issue.
