I bought a new blackberry bold 9700 for my wife four months ago. the bluetooth of the phone seems to have a problem.: It doesn't receive or send data to other paired bluetooth-enabled devices In other words, when sending or receiving data, it is never succesful.
Also, and this started very recently, the phoneset gets very hot sometimes with or without it's being charged. I had often resorted to taking off the battery any time it gets hot.. However, sometimes, it gets so hot that I get really frightened of explosion. What could be the cause of this?
Does anyone out there a clue or solution to the above-stated poblems? Thanks!
