Bold 9780 - Bell Email Account Icon Freezes

Hello

I have just reloaded the operating system, apps and data on a 9780.

OS: 6.0 bundle 2921 (V6.0.0.666 platform 6.6.6.241)

 

When I navigate to Options > Setup > Email Accounts I get no response, nothing happens. I can't even exit the app. I have to remove the battery to be able to use the device again. This has been a long standing problem with this device. I was hoping to resolve it by reloading everything but there has been no improvement.

 

How do I repair or replace the Email Accounts app?

I looked up Articel ID: KB26055 and this resolved my issue! YEAH!!

Using the internet Icon, on the Blackberry I typed in:

http://bell.blackberry.com/rest/EmaiClient/

and it loaded a clean version of the sofware.
Yippeee! A Fix!!!!
