Bold 9780 Blackberry Internet Service and Blackberry Enterprise Server => not connected

Hello,

 

I have configured my blackberry without any problem but sometimes it lost the connection with Blackberry Internet Service and Blackberry Enterprise Server => not connected.

If I switch off mobile network and switch it on again it works again for sometimes several hours sometimes 15 minutes. It depends of where I am.

I have check the connectivity (Edge or 3G) .

My provider (Mobistar) has already send me the service book again => no change.

My provider has done a check and there was no problem.

I have done a total security clean and configure it again => no change.

I have already remove the battery => no change

I have upgraded my blackberry version to version 6.0 Offre 2949 => no change

I have configured a new blackberry 9780 for someone else and he has the same problem

Other people having a blackberry (other model) does not have the same problem

I think that where I go to a place with a bad network it stops the blackberry service but when I go to a place where the network is good the blackberry service does not come up again ?

Any Idea to solve this problem ?
