Bold 9780

Just got a new bold 9780 and have tried to register with app world on my phone.  Keep getting same message- unable to validate the email address and password combination. I have tried entering variations and that does not work.  I then log in using the log in for this site on my pc and it still does not recognise it.

 

As a result I cannnot upload updates or get any of the applications.

 

I am so cross!!
