Bold 9790 App Error 200 with battery error

Hi, i try to update the my cel.. but the App 200 Error, i read all about the connection with the battery off, but my cel put on the screen the picttur of a bettery with a croos on it., So i try update the system, but the BB software do not reconice the my is conect... what can i do?

 

Pls, help...

Welcome to BB forums

 

I suggest you remove your # off your profile go to 'My Settings" then go to "Personal Information" scroll down till you see "My carrier" enter your service provider name!+

 

Error 200BlackBerry Device Software error

 

Try the following actions:

  • Reset your smartphone.
  • If the error message still appears after you reset your smartphone, reload your BlackBerry Device Software. The reload process deletes your smartphone data.
  • If the error message still appears after you reload your BlackBerry Device Software, contact your wireless service provider.

 

Reload the BlackBerry Device Software using the BlackBerry Desktop Software
