Bold 9790 - Continuously rebooting - Not nuked

My 9790 is continuously rebooting by itself.  It goes on for a few minutes, i enter my sim card pin and after a while it goes into a reboot cycle of between 4 to 10 reboots then it works for a while and then the cycle restarts.  i've reloaded the software about 5 times in the past 3 months after getting a JVM error.  even after the software updates it still reboots continuously. the Options icon has now disappeared from my phone.  The "help" does not work i get an error everytime i "click" on help.  i've removed most of my applications and removed the memory card.  The device has a built in memory of 2Gs.  So i'm sure its not a memory problem.  Please assist its driving me insane.  Nothing has happened to the phone to cause this problem (i.e. it hasn't fallen). My phone has a pin lock so no one but me could have used the phone and delted important apps.

  • C:\Users\Windows UserName\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

5. Use BBSAK from  http://bbsak.org/   and wipe the device then after you get the error 507 ( no OS ) then proceed to next step.

6. Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader. (For 64-bit Vista or Windows 7, the path       will be C: > Program Files x86 > Common Files > Research In Motion > AppLoader) double click Loader.exe

Upgrade will continue then After Installation of New OS please note don’t restore everything from your backup, restore only your contacts , calender entries , memos etc.
