After doing the upgrade this week, I notice there are some glitches. I can no longer send a photo to a BBM contact directly - Send to BBM group is an option, not BBM contact. I can attach a picture from BBM, but with small thumbnails it can be difficult.

Some of my apps like Popup, no longer work. Might be more..just slowly trying them out.

yes many people have some problem with you using OS 7, try to use previos version OS bb

 No ! 7.1 is the most stable OS for BlackBerry Bold 9900 . which previous OS version you are recomending the user ?

7.1 is good..less freezing but  miss the Send to BBM contact from my pictures.

                       Thanks that you agree that 7.1 is better for your BlackBerry Bold 9900 . But the option you are mentioning is available on 7.1. When you open an image or picture > press the menu key > Send > are you not getting BBM contact  as an option ?

No, I only get BBM Group as an option.

Please try this in a sequence and see if that help in resolving your problem :

1- Register your Handheld .

• KB00510 How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
• Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

2- Delete and Resend your Service Book

• KB05000Delete the service book for the BlackBerry Internet Service email account from the BlackBerry smartphone
• KB02830 Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
• wait till a registration message comes in your message box )

3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back. see if that option available.

Anyone knows what's new on "bundle 2108" (OS 7.1.0.391 for BOLD 9900) against "bundle 1310" ?

When I connect to desktop manager it says I have a new update to "BUNDLE 2108", but given some reports on the internet I'm afraid to update the device.

Another thing:

- my device is originaly from ROGERS (Canada) and I needed to unlock it to use it on my carrier (TMN Portugal). Do I still get the device unlocked to all carriers if I update the device to "BUNDLE 2108", or it will revert to what it was before (locked to ROGERS)?

Anyone can advise? Some help on this would be highly appreciated.
